Terms & Conditions



1.1 The Promoter (‘Super High Draws Limited’ ‘our’ and ‘host’) operating skill-based competitions resulting in the allocation of prizes in accordance with Super High Draws Limited terms and conditions.

1.2 Each Competition will be run for a specified period, see website for each competition times and dates.

1.3 After the competition(s) have closed the winner for each competition will to contacted via the contact details provided by entrants within a reasonable time period.

1.4 The promoter does not in any way guarantee the value of the prize(s) and its condition.

1.5 All prising will be at the discretion of the Promoter.

1.6 All competition entries will be deemed property of the promoter and will not be returned.

1.7 The promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time either before or after the tickets have been sold. If the competition is cancelled, Super High draws Limited will return any entry fees to each Entrant (via bank card refund or by cheque and in one combined payment where several entries have been made by the entrant). Where the Entry Fee is returned, the Promoter shall have no further liability to the entrant or to any other persons.


2.1 Competitions are governed by English law and any matters in relation to the Competition will be resolved under English law.

2.2 By entering a Competition the entrant (‘Entrant’, ‘you’, ‘your(s)’) will be deemed to have legal capacity to do so, you will have read and understood these terms and conditions and you will be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material.

2.3 By entering a competition you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country. The Promoter will not be held liable for any Entrant entering a Competitions unlawfully.


3.1 The competitions are open to all persons aged 18 and above in the UK.

3.2 By entering a competition the Entrant (‘Entrant, ‘you’, ‘your(s)’ ‘they’) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Super High Draws Limited Terms and Conditions.

3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse/disqualify an Entrant’s entry at their discretion and or where the Promoter deems the Entrant to have been abusive to other Entrants or staff and that the Entrant is not genuine.

3.34 The promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any incomplete entries if it has reasonable grounds for believing that an Entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions.


4.1 Competitions must be entered via the Website, will have to register an online account.

4.2 All entrants will be required to provide accurate contact details as well as D.O.B, email, telephone and postal address in order for the Promoter to notify the winner.

4.3 Each individual competition will state the maximum number of entries individual entrants can make.

4.4 The promoter may run several competitions simultaneously, each competition will only have one prize and one winner. Entrants may enter all competitions but will need to purchase Ticket(s) for each of the competitions entered up the maximum ticket allowed per competition per entrant.

4.5 After registering Entrants are required to select the Competition(s) they wish to enter follow the online instructions and then add these to the basket. Entrants will then be required to give payment details and confirm they have read and understood the Competition Terms and Conditions. Once the payment is cleared the Promoter will email confirmation that they have been entered into the Competition(s).

4.6 Each Competition will run for a specified period. Please see each Competition for details of start and end times and dates (‘Promotion Period(s)’). 


5.1 The winner for each competition will be selected via Google Random Number Generator.

5.2 The selection of the winner will take place within 48 hours of the competition closing. The timings of which will be on our website.

5.3 There will only be one winner for each competition prize.

5.4 If all of the tickets for any competition do not sell out by the time the countdown timer reaches zero, additional 28 days will be added on to the countdown timer. If all of the tickets have not sold after the first extended time period, further 28 day extensions will be added up to a maximum of 4 times. If all tickets have not been sold after 4 extensions of 28 days, a cash alternative prize of 70% of that particular competition tickets sales will be awarded to the winner instead.

5.5 In the unlikely event of a power failure the competition will be extended by a further 7 day period.

5.6 The promoter will attempt to contact a winner via the contact details provided by the entrant. If the details are found to be incorrect or if the winner fails to accept the prize or the winner is disqualified as a result of breaking the Promoter’s terms and Conditions, the winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will remain in the possession and sole ownership of Super High Draws Limited.


6.1 The winning prize entrant will be required to show proof of identification before delivery/collection of the prize. Proof will have to be a photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. Failure to provide this will disqualify the winner and forfeit the prize.

6.2 All competition winners will be required to provide their name, photographs and/pose for photo shoots and videos, which may be used by the Promoter in the future marketing and public relations as well as identifying the entrant as the winner of the competition.

6.3 Following receipt and verification of the details requested by Super High Draws Limited, the winners will be contacted in order to make arrangements for delivery/collection of the winning prize.

6.4 The winning entrant of any large/bulky prize will be sole responsible for the collection of the prize from the Promoter’s premises with 14 days. Failure to do so may incur storage charges to the winner.

6.5 The winner cannot nominate a third-party, family member or friend to pick up any bulky winning prize and will have to do so in person.

6.6 In cases of the competition winning prize being a motor vehicle, the prize will be transferred by the promoter to the winner using the V5 Logbook for each vehicle. This must be completed before the vehicle is handed over. The competition winner is responsible for taxing and insuring the vehicle as required. Super High Draws Limited accepts no responsibility once the vehicle /Prize is handed over.


7.1 Super High Draws Limited are determined and selected by the director(s) of the Promoter and are the solely owned by the Promoter from the commencement of the competition going live on the website to the date the winner receives the prize.

7.2 All entrant expenses are the sole responsibility of the winners.

7.3 The Promoter does not imply or offer any quality guarantee, warranty, insurance or roadworthiness in anyway shape or form of the wining prize.

7.4 Each winning prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be converted and is non-transferable to a third party, friend or family member.

7.5 If for any reason is unable to contact a Winner within 30 days (which may be extended at the sole discretion of ) of the end of a Competition or the Winner fails to confirm acceptance of the prize or the Winner is disqualified as a result of contravening any of these terms and conditions, the Winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will remain in the possession and ownership of .


8.1 Except for liability for Death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by the promoter, or its agents, in connections with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the winner, or in connection with any of the competitions promoted by Super High Draws Limited.


9.1 No responsibility will be accepted for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failure, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act, including any errors or mistakes. The Promoter shall use its best efforts to award the prize for a Competition to the correct Entrant. If due to hardware, software or any other computer failure, or due to human error the prize is awarded to the wrong Entrant, Super High Draws Limited reserves the right to reclaim the Competition prize and award it to the correct Entrant, at its sole discretion and without admission of liability. In the event that the Promoter closes the Competition early, the winner will be selected from all valid and eligible entries received by the Promoter prior to the closure date, except that the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to close a competition early without selecting a prize winner. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date of any competition.  The Promoter will not be liable for any monetary or other consequential loss suffered or sustained to any persons to whom an award has been incorrectly made, and no compensation shall be due. The Promoter will endeavour to ensure that the software and website(s) used to operate its competitions perform accurately across internet platforms, tablet and mobile browsers. Only tickets recorded in our systems, howsoever displayed or calculated, will be entered into the specified competition. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any compensation entries that occur as a result of software or power failures.


10.1 Any personal data supplied by you to Super High Draws Limited or authorize the Promoter to obtain from a third party, for example a credit card company, will be used by Super High Draws Limited to administer the Competition and award prizes where applicable. In order to process, record and use your personal data the Promoter may disclose it to (a) any credit card company whose name you give; (b) any person to whom the Promoter proposes to transfer any of the Promoters rights and/or responsibilities under any agreement the Promoter may have with you; (c) any person to whom the Promoter proposes to transfer its business or any part of it; (d) comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of the Promoter in any country; (e) prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crime. In order to process, use, record and disclose your personal data Super High Draws Limited may need to transfer such information outside the UK, in which event Super High Draws Limited is responsible for ensuring that your personal data continues to be adequately protected during the course of such transfer.


To enter the competition by post, send your: Name, Address, DOB, Contact phone number, email address, name of prize, desired number of choice, and correct answer for that competition, if an answer is required. Post by 1st or 2nd post class to: Super High Draws, 400 Kilroy House, Roding lane South, Woodford Green, Essex, IG8 8EY, United Kingdom. You will not be contacted to confirm entry until the entry list is completed. If your entry was received in time and entered into the draw you will receive an email with the entry list where your name and number can be found. Postal entries are limited to one competition entrant per postcard. The Entrant must specify which competition they wish to enter. We will allocate a random number to the entry from the available numbers left. Super High Draws Limited  will process all postal entries at 9am on the Thursday of each week. Entries must be received before 9am each Thursday to qualify for entry. Entries received after the processing period will not be counted. Sending a postal entry does not guarantee entry to a draw. Postal entries will not be counted if a prize sells out before they are processed. Entries must be received before 9am on the Thursday of each week to qualify for entry into a draw, this gives the person handling the entries adequate time to complete the allocation of the entries. It is advised that you give your entry plenty of time to arrive, we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail’s delivery times. The postal entries will be treated in the same manner as the online entries, in addition the postal entries will be entered into the ‘Live Draws’ in the same manner. Standard competition terms and conditions apply for postal entries. You must include the name of the prize exactly as displayed on the website. You must be registered as a customer on our website before sending your postal entry. Failure to match a registered account with your postal entry will result in disposal of your entry.
